Transport 

£2 daycare only / less than 3 miles

£2.50 solo / weekends / bank holiday / after 6:30pm / boarding / greater than 3 miles


Tariff #2

  • 3 or more bookings per week
  • Block of 12 or more bookings over 1 month period (all dates booked 2 weeks in advance)
  • Blue Light Card Holder (2 or more bookings in same week)
  • OAP

Cancellation / changes / other charges

£15 - bank holiday, additional, less than 6 hours

£25 - bank holiday, additional, more than 6 hours

£1.50 - food charge per meal

£5 - excessive additional cleaning


100% - less than 24hrs notice

50% - less than 48hrs notice

£5 - if one of multiple bookings cancelled during current week, other bookings during week full filled

£1 - on the day changes


50% deposit to secure boarding bookings over 5 days

50% balance paid prior to start of boarding booking


Unpaid invoices - after 48hrs, your account will be put on hold & you forgo all future existing bookings
